Currently: It has been said that the three most stressful things in life is dealing with a divorce, a death, or a move. We believe it is our job to take each customers situation and tailor our service based on what they need at that time. We have grown because of our willingness to please the customer is not limited to our office hours, or the amount of money the customer has to spend. It is not at all uncommon for us to hold a check for a customer, or start a move at a time that is convenient for the customer, but at a time that will have us working untill midnight; at no extra cost to the customer. Now that we have dozens of employees and do hundreds of moves a year, most of which are routine, it has become my job to handle the details that truely make us a SERVICE company...

  Joshua Baxter -president and CEO

Challenge: As the owner of the company, I challenge you to bring us the problem. We all live busy lives. I am here to "go out of my way" to make the move go smooth. Let me give some examples:

We will hold a check untill payday....
Handle a local move for a client out of state....
Start a move at 5am, 7pm, and so on.....
Come out on a moments notice...
Work on major hollidays such as Thanksgiving, Easter....
Pay for a item that is to be picked up at a local retailer to save a trip across town.
Haul off unwanted items as we leave...

History: Joshua grew up in the auction business. His father took him aside when he was 16 years old and said, "it's time for you to take an active roll in the family business." Joshua was already handling most of the logistics of the antiques that came into the auction gallery. He took his driving test in the truck the family used to pick up merchandise. At 17 he bought his first truck and handled the transportation of the merchandise as if he was a subcontractor. That was just the beginning.
